Reed City pile up the points against Montague

Recap: Reed City Coyotes vs. Montague Wildcats
The Reed City Coyotes entered their tilt with the Montague Wildcats with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Reed City blew past Montague 41-13 at home. Considering Reed City has won six games by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Montague's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Mason Darke, who rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and Adam Baird who rushed for 118 yards and a touchdown. Baird's longest rush was for an incredible 75 yards.
Reed City's victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.8 points per game. As for Montague, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.
Reed City will face off against Hart at TBD on Friday. Hart knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past four games -- so hopefully Reed City likes a good challenge. Montague does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
