Football Recap: Bloomfield Bees vs. Stanton Mustangs
Bloomfield had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 42-16 to the Stanton Mustangs on Friday.
Although Bloomfield took the loss, they still got scores from Braeden Guenther and Brock Jeannoutot.
Barrett Wilke went supernova for Stanton, rushing for 196 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, and also throwing for 128 yards on only 12 passes.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bloomfield will look to take advantage of their home-field for the first time this season as they take on Tri County Northeast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Stanton, they will face off against Wausa/Osmond at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Stanton will be looking to extend their current 14-game winning streak dating back to last season.
