Volleyball Recap: Barton Takes a Loss

If Barton was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of KIPP Delta on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears came up short against the Lee Trojans on Monday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Bears in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost four in a row.

Barton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Lee, the victory snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 9-4 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Barton will take on rival Palestine-Wheatley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lee is set to challenge their familiar foe Ridgefield Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
