Soccer Recap: Skyridge Starts off Right with Win over Bingham

Skyridge took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bingham Miners 3-2. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Skyridge were the better team in the second half.

Lexi Blood and Allyson (AJ) Beard scored all three of Skyridge's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Skyridge didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-2 defeat against Snow Canyon on the 6th. As for Bingham, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Highland on the 7th.
