Softball Recap: Rossview Takes a Loss

Rossview suffered their closest loss since April 15th on Thursday. They fell just short of the Page Patriots by a score of 5-3. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rossview saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kennedy Scott, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Rossview's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Page, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

Rossview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Page, they will square off against Walker Valley at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight.
