The Kelseyville Knights will head out to challenge the Healdsburg Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Kelseyville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.2 runs per game this season.
On Friday, Kelseyville made easy work of Middletown and carried off a 14-2 win. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Carson White was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. White was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with three RBI and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.

Healdsburg also got a great performance from Eric Nielsen as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over six innings pitched. Nielsen also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because the Greyhounds are 9-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-5 otherwise.

Healdsburg pushed their record up to 13-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games. As for Kelseyville, their record is now 14-3.
Kelseyville couldn't quite get it done against Healdsburg in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 as they fell 7-4. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
