Winona is a perfect 3-0 against Houston since August of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Tigers will welcome the Hilltoppers at 6:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Monday. Winona lost 3-0 to Nettleton. Winona has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-18, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Houston came up short against Amory on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15, 25-14.

Winona's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Houston, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16.

Winona was able to grind out a solid victory over Houston in their previous matchup back in August, winning 3-1. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Hilltoppers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
