Monroe scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They were dealt a 73-44 loss at the hands of the Bedford Kicking Mules. The defeat leaves the Trojans without a win on the season.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Bedford, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monroe and Summerfield will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Summerfield will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Monroe surely won't give up without a fight. Bedford will take on Whiteford in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
