Basketball Game Preview: Reardan Screaming Eagles vs. St. George's Dragons

The Reardan Screaming Eagles will challenge the St. George's Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. George's took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Reardan, who comes in off a win.

Reardan is returning to their home court after beating Kettle Falls on theirs, despite the fact Kettle Falls has dominated at home this season. Reardan came out on top against Kettle Falls by a score of 56-44 on Wednesday. Given the Screaming Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 46th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 133rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, St. George's had to suffer through a 56-25 loss at the hands of Davenport. The matchup marked the Dragons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Reardan and bumps their season record up to 16-2. As for St. George's, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Reardan against St. George's when the teams last played on January 4th, as the team secured a 61-33 win. Will Reardan repeat their success, or does St. George's have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
