Volleyball Recap: Georgetown-Ridge Farm Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Georgetown-Ridge Farm lost against Armstrong on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Buffaloes fell 2-0 to the Trojans.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Armstrong scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17.

Milee Ellis paced Georgetown-Ridge Farm's offense, picking up nine kills. Ellis got some help from Rubyrae Fraser-Soule and her 18 assists.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 19-8 record this season. As for Armstrong, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-11.

Looking ahead, Georgetown-Ridge Farm will take on Blue Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Armstrong does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
