West Ouachita's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Kaplan, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-1.

West Ouachita has already played their next matchup, a 10-1 victory against Live Oak on the 22nd. As for Kaplan, they will host New Iberia at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Kaplan's favor as the squad sits on ten straight wins at home while New Iberia has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road.
