Softball Recap: Vancleave Bulldogs vs. Laurel Golden Tornadoes
Vancleave scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Laurel Golden Tornadoes a 19-0 shutout. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
Brooklyn Rhodes was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Rhodes has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
