Baseball Recap: San Luis Obispo Classical Academy Comes Up Short

San Luis Obispo Classical Academy lost against Coast Union last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Grizzlies came up short against the Broncos, falling 10-3.

Adrian Anastasia was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

San Luis Obispo Classical Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1. As for Coast Union, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Luis Obispo Classical Academy will welcome Caruthers at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Coast Union, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Valley Christian Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Broncos' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lions have averaged an impressive 10.1 runs per game this season.
