After a string of eight wins, Bellevue's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Beckman Trailblazers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Comets have suffered since August 30th.

Bellevue's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Beckman, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bellevue is set to face off against their familiar foe Cascade at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Beckman will take on rival Anamosa at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
