Basketball Recap: Bluefield Comes Up Short on the Road Against Pikeview

Bluefield had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell to the PikeView Panthers 62-58. The Beavers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

The win made it two in a row for PikeView and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Bluefield will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Graham at 7:30 p.m. on December 27th. PikeView will take on Greenbrier East in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
