Recap: Northern Michigan Christian Comets vs. Pine River Area Bucks
The Northern Michigan Christian Comets won the last time they faced the Pine River Area Bucks, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Northern Michigan Christian walked away with a 55-46 victory over Pine River Area.
Pine River Area's loss came despite strong showings from Mason Gugle and Trevor Holmquist. Gugle scored 19 points along with six rebounds, while Holmquist scored eight points along with 13 rebounds and two steals.
Northern Michigan Christian has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Pine River Area, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-3.
