Lutheran North hadn't done well against Divine Child recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 6-2. This was a revenge game for the Mustangs: when they faced off against the Falcons on Tuesday, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Lutheran North's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Divine Child, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lutheran North will face off against Lutheran Northwest at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Crusaders will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Divine Child, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dearborn at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th.
