Soccer Recap: Marion Comes Up Short

Marion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Clarksville Indians, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Marion can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa soccer rankings (they are ranked 67th, while Clarksville are ranked eighth).

Marion's loss dropped their record down to 16-8-6. As for Clarksville, the win keeps they at an undefeated 16-0-1.

As of now, neither Marion nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
