If Savanna wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Wetumka, they should've done a better job of containing Dwayne Lowe. The Chieftains snuck past the Bulldogs with a 60-54 win on Thursday with plenty of help from Lowe, who rushed for 216 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 137.7 rushing yards per game.

Despite the loss, Savanna still got an impressive performance from Aiden Totani, who rushed for 337 yards and four scores while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 87 yards and three TDs. Totani is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 152 every time he's taken the field this season. Rhett Gibson was in the mix too, providing Savanna with two touchdowns.

Wetumka's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Savanna, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
