Woodmont's game on Friday was all tied up 29-29 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They enjoyed a cozy 67-49 win over the Greenwood Eagles. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Eagles back in January, they had to take a 78-64 defeat.

Cj Terrell and Jay Duncan certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Terrell went 6 for 9 on his way to 15 points along with six assists and six boards, while Duncan went 5 of 7 to rack up 14 points. The dominant performance gave Terrell a new career-high in assists.

Woodmont now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Greenwood, they dropped their record down to 14-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodmont will challenge Mauldin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenwood, they will venture away from home to face off against J.L. Mann at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
