Basketball Recap: Adrian's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Mary Catholic Central, Adrian was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 42-35 victory over the Jackson Vikings. Given the Maples' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 225th, while the Vikings are ranked 457th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Adrian's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-5. As for Jackson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Adrian will challenge Chelsea at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jackson, they will take on Pinckney at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
