Baseball Recap: Brentwood School Eagles vs. Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons
Brentwood School proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by seven) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons, sneaking past 13-11. With that victory, the Eagles brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.
Hudson Chase was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. What's more, he posted three hits, the most he's had since back in February. Joe Weinbach was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three RBI.
Brentwood School hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Doral Academy Red Rock struck out eight times.
