Basketball Game Preview: North White Vikings vs. Frontier Falcons

The North White Vikings will venture away from home to take on the Frontier Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Last Saturday, North White didn't have quite enough to beat South Newton and fell 35-32.

Meanwhile, Frontier hadn't done well against Pioneer recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Frontier secured a 56-50 W over Pioneer. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.

Frontier has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for North White, they dropped their record down to 1-11 with the defeat, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season.

North White lost to Frontier on the road by a decisive 56-40 margin in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. Can North White avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
