Soccer Game Preview: Liberty Center vs. Defiance

The Liberty Center Tigers will face off against the Defiance Bulldogs at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

It was a proper cat-fight when Liberty Center challenged Delta on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Panthers, falling 5-1. Liberty Center haven't had much luck with Delta recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Defiance's offense. They lost 10-0 to Kenton on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Defiance can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 508th, while Kenton are ranked 185th).

Defiance's loss dropped their record down to 0-11-1. As for Liberty Center, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
