Baseball Game Preview: Ripley Tigers vs. Corinth Warriors

The Ripley Tigers will challenge the Corinth Warriors at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

On Friday, Ripley made easy work of Shannon and carried off an 8-2 win. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Red Raiders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Corinth entered their tilt with Pontotoc on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past Pontotoc 12-3. Considering Corinth has won seven contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Ripley's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Corinth, their victory bumped their record up to 12-8-1.
