Rochester Hills Christian and Barry County Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Rochester Hills Christian had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Barry County Christian Eagles 60-31. While losing is never fun, Rochester Hills Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 498th, while Barry County Christian is ranked 206th).

Despite the final result, he went 7-for-12 to rack up 18 points along with seven rebounds and five blocks. Those five blocks gave Hamminga a new career-high. Dean Jackson was another key player, putting up four points and five boards.

Rochester Hills Christian's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Barry County Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 17-2.
