Soccer Recap: Medina Valley Finishes Even with Del Rio

On Tuesday, neither the Medina Valley Panthers nor the Del Rio Rams could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw. The outcome might've been different if Pedro Sandoval hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited his ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Medina Valley hit Del Rio with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Arell Todd, Johan Rodriguez, and Sandoval.

With that draw, Medina Valley's record moves to 8-5-3. As for Del Rio, they moved theirs to 8-2-2.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Eagle Pass the next time they take the pitch. Del Rio will host Eagle Pass at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Medina Valley will host them at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th.
