Volleyball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Anthem Prep + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Anthem Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Salome Frogs 3-0 on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Grace Stilwell paced Anthem Prep's offense, picking up 11 kills. Stilwell were helped by Addison Purvis and Peyton Pfefferkorn, who contributed 16 assists each. Brighton Pillsbury and Adelle Greene kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Anthem Prep pushed their record up to 19-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Salome, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight matches and leaves them with a 12-6 record.

Anthem Prep has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against North Phoenix Preparatory Academy on the 31st. Hopefully Salome paid attention to the Eagles' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
