Football Game Preview: North Tampa Christian Academy Titans vs. Wiregrass Ranch Bulls

The North Tampa Christian Academy Titans are taking a road trip to take on the Wiregrass Ranch Bulls at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

North Tampa Christian Academy's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Sunlake on Wednesday. They took a blow against the Seahawks, falling 29-0.

Meanwhile, Wiregrass Ranch had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Pirates, posting a 33-0 win. Give the Bulls' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

North Tampa Christian Academy better keep an eye on Brawner Kaitlyn. She was instrumental in Wiregrass Ranch's win, throwing for 157 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.9% of her passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Aixa Barrera, who picked up 30 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Wiregrass Ranch didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Amelia Mendez led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself.

Wiregrass Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for North Tampa Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
