Volleyball Game Preview: Primero Bulldogs vs. Walsenburg Panthers + How To Watch

The Primero Bulldogs will square off against the Walsenburg Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Primero's tournament run continued when they took on Pueblo Central on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell 3-1 to the Wildcats.

Primero started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Walsenburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Montbello.

Walsenburg was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 18 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-18.

Primero's defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Walsenburg, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.
