Football Recap: Wareham Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Wareham's offense. They were dealt a 34-0 defeat at the hands of the Carver Crusaders on Friday. The Vikings were not able to make up for their loss to the Crusaders from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Wareham now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Carver, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Wareham will face off against Cape Cod RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Vikings' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Carver, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Mashpee at 7:00 p.m. on October 9.
