Volleyball Game Preview: Berean Christian vs. Gibbs Eagles

Berean Christian are taking a road trip to challenge the Gibbs Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Gibbs took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Berean Christian, who comes in off a win.

Berean Christian barely beat First Baptist Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Berean Christian was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over First Baptist Academy on Tuesday. Berean Christian hasn't had any issues with First Baptist Academy recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Gibbs came up short against Knoxville Central on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-18, 25-11.

Gibbs' defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Berean Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.

Berean Christian skirted past Gibbs 2-1 in their previous meeting on September 6th. Does Berean Christian have another victory up their sleeve, or will Gibbs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
