Preview: Polytechnic Parrots vs. Everman Bulldogs
The Polytechnic Parrots will head out on the road to face off against the Everman Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Polytechnic will be strutting in after a win while Everman will be coming in after a loss.
Polytechnic scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Carter-Riverside 55-27 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Polytechnic has managed all season.
Meanwhile, Everman suffered a tough 62-38 defeat at the hands of Boswell last Saturday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Everman has scored all season.
Polytechnic's win bumped their record up to 3-8-1. As for Everman, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
Polytechnic ended up a good deal behind Everman in their previous meeting back in January, losing 60-44. Can Polytechnic avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
