Plainview lost to Lubbock back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Westerners by a score of 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-23, 23-25, 25-10, 25-7.

Plainview's victory ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 10-15. As for Lubbock, they are on a 20-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-25.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Plainview will take on rival Tascosa at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lubbock is set to challenge their familiar foe Caprock at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
