Basketball Game Preview: Hillbrook Bears vs. Silicon Valley International Dragons

The Hillbrook Bears are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will square off against the Silicon Valley International Dragons at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hillbrook will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Friday, everything went Hillbrook's way against Apostles Lutheran as Hillbrook made off with a 51-31 win. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Silicon Valley International got the win against Khan Lab back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 54-33.

Hillbrook's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points per game. As for Silicon Valley International, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hillbrook took a serious blow against Silicon Valley International when the teams last played back in January of 2024, falling 66-33. Can Hillbrook avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
