Softball Recap: Chelsea Plays Ranked Match

Chelsea is ranked highly in their home state and on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Oakland. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Hornets have been dealt a tie since back in March.

With that tie, Chelsea's record moves to 24-12-2. As for Oakland, they moved theirs to 13-3-2.

Coming up, Chelsea will face off against Moody at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Oakland, they will square off against Gardendale at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
