Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Fairfax walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Narbonne Gauchos with a sharp 4-1 victory on Saturday. Considering the Lions have won nine games by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Fairfax is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 36 goals over those eight contests. Narbonne's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6.

Looking ahead, Fairfax will challenge Bell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Bell sitting on three straight wins and Fairfax on four. Narbonne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
