Volleyball Game Preview: Medford Raiders vs. Tomahawk Hatchets + How To Watch

The Medford Raiders will head out on the road to square off against the Tomahawk Hatchets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Medford is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Marshfield just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Tomahawk lost 3-0 to Northland Pines on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 25-17.

Medford's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Tomahawk, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-14.

Everything went Medford's way against Tomahawk when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Medford made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
