Flag Football Recap: Chaparral Now 9-2 over Last 11 Games + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Chaparral rose to the challenge on Saturday. They managed a 13-7 win over the Rock Canyon Jaguars. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 32-12 back in September.

Chaparral didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Sydney Matthews led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself.

Chaparral has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.8 points on average over those games. As for Rock Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.

Chaparral wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 20-0 win against Arvada West on the 18th. Rock Canyon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
