Softball Recap: Riverside Vikings vs. Dunmore Bucks

Riverside had lost three straight at home, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 7-10 to make it four. They fell 8-4 to the Dunmore Bucks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bucks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-2 back in April.

Riverside saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kate Reynolds, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

As for Dunmore, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games.
