Volleyball Recap: Perris Find Success

Perris won the last time they faced San Jacinto Valley Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Perris Panthers walked away with a 3-1 victory over the San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves.

Perris had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-20.

Perris now has a winning record of 9-8. As for San Jacinto Valley Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-3.

Coming up, Perris will host Heritage at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Perris is facing Heritage at the right time seeing as Heritage is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for San Jacinto Valley Academy, they will take on Temecula Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
