It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Snow Canyon had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Sky View Bobcats with a sharp 53-33 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Olivia Hamlin was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 23 points and 14 rebounds. Her afternoon made it 52 games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. Joey Jensen was another key player, putting up nine points and seven boards.

Snow Canyon smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sky View only six offensive rebounds.

Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Claire Fischer, who posted nine points along with eight blocks and seven rebounds. Those eight blocks gave Fischer a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Mya Eskelson, who earned eight points and six assists.

The win keeps them at an undefeated 26-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.3 points. As for Sky View, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-8.

Snow Canyon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 65-46 loss against Ridgeline on the 22nd. Sky View does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
