Kewanee was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Lincoln Mason did his best to prevent it. Despite the defeat, Mason was still locked in as he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Mason and Kewanee will head out to square off against Princeton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are coming into the match hot: they've won four straight at home.
