Basketball Recap: Notre Dame de Sion Storm vs. Father Tolton
Notre Dame de Sion took care of business in their home opener on Friday (and then some). They blew past the Father Tolton Father Tolton, posting a 69-29 win.
Abby Wendte was a one-man wrecking crew for Notre Dame de Sion as she went 8 for 14 en route to 17 points plus six steals. Wendte's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Taelyn Smith was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds.
Notre Dame de Sion will be playing at home against Lincoln College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Father Tolton, they will be defending their home-court for the first time this season they go up against Hermann at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
