 Palmyra-Macedon can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game  on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Newark Reds by a score of  8-4. The  victory was just what Palmyra-Macedon needed coming off of  a  22-2 defeat in their prior  contest.

 Palmyra-Macedon's win was  their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 1-3. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.1 runs per game. As for Newark, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
