Pisgah hadn't done well against T.C. Roberson recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bears put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Bears were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Rams, so the Bears were just returning the favor.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-23, 28-26.

Pisgah has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for T.C. Roberson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pisgah will take on Enka at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for T.C. Roberson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hendersonville at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
