Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cedar Ridge). They never let the Manor Mustangs get on the board and left with a 23-0 win on Tuesday. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Bryson Batton looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four).

At the plate, Jake Shoemaker was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Kai Rice was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Cedar Ridge pushed their record up to 20-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Manor, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Cedar Ridge beat the Mustangs by a score of 17-0 on Friday.
