Volleyball Recap: Northfield Beats Bear Creek for Their Second Straight Win

Northfield won the last time they faced Bear Creek and Zoey Rosen did her part to make sure it happened again. The Nighthawks walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bears on Saturday with plenty of help from Rosen, who had 15 digs and two aces. She has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Northfield easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-19.

The win made it two in a row for Northfield and bumps their season record up to 10-3. As for Bear Creek, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Northfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Poudre on the 27th. As for Bear Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Regis Groff on the 27th.
