White Plains' pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Harrison with a sharp 14-0 victory. The game marked the Tigers' most dominant win of the season so far.

Alexis Tighe made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-5 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, Ava Galligani was incredible, firing off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Olivia Doria, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.
White Plains kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in four consecutive matchups.
For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last three times Ketcham and Arlington have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Wednesday. The Storm skirted past the Admirals 6-5. The Storm haven't had any issues with the Admirals recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
White Plains pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Ketcham, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
White Plains was able to grind out a solid win over Ketcham when the teams last played back in May of 2024, winning 5-1. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Storm turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
