Volleyball Recap: Caldera Comes Up Short

Caldera was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bend Lava Bears. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Bend this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat on September 11th.

Caldera's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Bend, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Caldera will welcome Mountain View at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bend has already played their next matchup (against Centennial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
